The notifications of voting rights are to be transmitted to Mutares immediately after reaching, exceeding or falling below the thresholds and simultaneously to BaFin, at the latest within four trading days.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that the voting rights notification must also be transmitted to Mutares as an XML data set (XML \u2013 Extensible Markup Language).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<style systems of Mutares relevant for the receipt of voting rights notifications, which makes an electronic transmission of the voting rights notification impossible, the transmission of the voting rights
